Service Terms & Conditions — The Game Storm Studios

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using any application, product, or service (“Apps”) published by The Game Storm Studios (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”). If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately uninstall and discontinue all use of The Game Storm Studios’ apps and services.
2. Suspension and Termination
Your rights under this Agreement will terminate immediately and automatically without notice from The Game Storm Studios if you fail to comply with any of its terms. The Game Storm Studios may, at its sole discretion, modify, suspend, or discontinue your access to any of our services or apps at any time, with or without cause. We may also disable or revoke any license granted to you at any time. You agree that The Game Storm Studios shall not be liable to you or any third party for any suspension, termination, or modification of service. Upon termination or expiration of this Agreement, you must immediately cease all use of The Game Storm Studios apps and delete all copies in your possession or control. Termination will not limit The Game Storm Studios’ rights or remedies available at law or in equity.
3. Privacy and Data Protection
We value your privacy and handle personal data according to our published Privacy Policy . By accepting this Agreement, you also acknowledge and consent to our Privacy Policy. When using The Game Storm Studios apps, we may request your consent to access certain permissions, such as location, camera, or notifications. You may manage these permissions through your device settings. However, disabling certain permissions may restrict app functionality or access to specific features.
4. Intellectual Property Rights

The apps and services of The Game Storm Studios are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to: Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Non-infringement. Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content. Uninterrupted, timely, or error-free operation. The Game Storm Studios does not guarantee that its apps or servers will always be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You acknowledge that your use of our apps is at your sole risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Game Storm Studios shall not be liable for: Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Loss of business, revenue, profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses. Any unauthorized access, technical failures, or errors resulting from the use or inability to use our apps. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount (if any) paid by you for using our apps.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Game Storm Studios, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: Your use or misuse of our apps or services. Your violation of this Agreement. Your infringement of any third-party rights.

The Game Storm Studios is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or operations of these third parties. 11. Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lahore, Pakistan for any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and The Game Storm Studios regarding your use of our apps and services. Any failure by The Game Storm Studios to enforce any right or provision under this Agreement will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
